Summer Time

Summer is the most energetic season of the year. Our skin gets a load of sunshine and a boost in Vitamine D production. We exercise more, socialize more, drink more fluid and usually eat & sleep less. Nature adds to our inspiration and creativity. When travelling, we get in touch with new cultures and countries and our brain is activated more by the limbic & emotional brain.
