Born into a happy family of five, I grew up with my elder sister and my younger brother in the beautiful environment of the southern black forest in Germany.

Physical activity, sports and performance were the key elements of our lifestyle; we spent much of our youth on tennis courts, hiking trails, surfboards and ski slopes. Performance and achievements, as well as pleasure were quite important to our parents and grand parents. As a young girl, it was always clear to me, that I would choose a career within sports, physical education and teaching.

At an early stage in my life, I also had to learn about the physiology of the human body having been diagnosed with early signs of degeneration and hormonal imbalances.

In 1995 I got married and for over 20 years my family and I have been living, travelling and working in different countries around the world. Moving home and changing school several times has been a big challenge for us and our two sons, who were born in 1997 and 1998. Having spent 9 years in Southeast Asia, they find themselves rootless but at the same time they are real citizens of the world.

An eye opening experience with my asthmatic elder son started my journey towards learning about Chinese Medicine and Acupressure. I discovered an amazing tool that enabled me to treat and support his recovery.

After completing my studies in Hong Kong and getting our children ready to start their own lives, I am proud and happy to fulfil my dream and am looking forward to doing what I love the most:

Encouraging, guiding and supporting people to become what they choose to be.
